Chart notes
ORLEANS TOURIST challenged for the lead, forwardly placed throughout, drove clear and finished well. GUS'S DREAM WORLD dueled on the front end, close throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was best of others. SECTION SIXTY lacked early speed, moved up on the outside around the turn, showed late interest, but was no match for the top two. DADDY'S FINEST vied for the early lead, drove clear and faded. ALLONANITA'SLUCK void of early speed and passed tired ones. COUNTRY CHOICE raced evenly near the back and was never a threat. MACKAY BOY showed early speed and dropped back.
