Chart notes
SPARKLE CITY challenged for the early advantage, dueled throughout with DARK SKYER and prevailed for the win. DARK SKYER vied for the early lead, saved ground around the turn, dueled to the wire, was outfinished for the win, but proved best of rest. LAST PENALTY void of early speed, raced outside around the turn, made a wide rally and finished willingly. COSTA LADY raced near the middle of the field, saved ground around the turn, showed late interest, but was no factor. ABBEY CAKES pressed the pace, faded and finished evenly. HIGHER NOTE raced near the middle of the pack, put forth an even effort and lacked a kick. LUCCA'S LILYBY broke sharp, dropped back and was no threat. SHE'S THE SHERIFF pressed early pace, retreated and was outrun. REINE LE FER always raced near the back and showed little.
