Chart notes
LAUDA SPEED prompted the pace three then two wide for a half, made the lead, set the balance of the pace and prevailed under energetic handling. ORO DE MORO MORO never far back, rallied through the stretch four wide and got up for second. BEACH FRONT sprinted to the lead soon after the start, set a pressured pace for a half, kept on along the inside but was outfinished. T MONEY failed to menace. APACHE passed tiring rivals. KOSCIUSZKO well placed, failed to respond. UPTOWN GUY pressed the pace two wide through the turn and was through after a half.
