Chart notes
ESCAPE KEY saved ground around the first turn, dueled on the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far bend and kicked clear in the lane. FORTINBRAS saved ground early, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, came around the far bend in the three path and chased on to the wire. TWO MINUTES APART raced off the pace in the three path through the opening half mile, came around the far bend in the four path and improved position in the lane. HOLLYWOOD HERO saved ground around the first turn, trailed the field up the backstretch, swung out to the four path coming around the far turn and improved position in the stretch. SNOVEMBER stumbled leaving the gate, raced in the three path early, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, came around the far bend still in the three path and finished evenly. IRON STREETS bumped with the horse to his outside leaving the gate, raced in the four path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack on the outside, navigated the far turn from the three path and showed no kick. D BUCKAROO saved ground off the pace around the first turn and up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the second bend and was empty in the lane. HIGHJUMP CHARLIE raced off the pace around the first turn, settled off the pace between horses up the backstretch, saved ground around the far turn and made no bid. VENEZUELAN FEELING races in the three path around the first bend, stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the far turn still in the three path and faded from there. SWIFT DANCER bumped with the horse to his inside at the break, raced in the three path early, dueled on the outside up the backstretch and around the far bend and tired in the stretch.
