Chart notes
HOT LIPS HOULIHAN dueled for the lead two wide, made a bid nearing the quarter pole and drew clear leaving the turn, then drew off to prove much the best while on the left lead late. AUNT KENDRA dueled for the lead on the inside and then proved to be no match for the winner while lasting for the place award. DA LAST TEQUILA pressed the early pace four wide, then chased the pace three wide on the turn and weakened, bested the rest. GOSPEL GORGEOUS was outrun early, saved ground on the turn and improved late. MODDIE chased early and then was four wide on the turn and was not a threat. MIA IS SHORT was fractious in the gate, then showed brief speed and stopped.
