Chart notes
CARPIS pressed the early pace from the inside, dug in deep stretch and prevailed under strong handling. SOUNDS LIKE POWER dropped back early, swung wide into the upper stretch and finished gamely to the wire. PRODIGY PARADISE set a pressured early pace two deep and weakened through the drive. SUMMERTIME PEPPERS hard chase early, raced three wide near the quarter pole and had not enough while racing from the outside. GARFISH chased the early pace, saved ground through the far turn and had no final winning bid. COURT JESTER dropped back early and failed to respond. FREDDIE BY A NOSE stumbled at the break and unseated his jockey.
