Chart notes
RED HOT LASS pressed the pace along the rail for three furlongs, engaged the leader, matched strides the balance of the trip and proved best under strong handling. COMMAND STRIKE set the early pace two wide, dug in when engaged by the winner, dueled the balance of the trip and finished second best. TIZ INDEPENDENCE wouldn't load in the gate, stumbled at the start, raced wide down the backstretch, angled in on the turn then went evenly. TWILIGHT VISION stalked the pace three wide and lacked the needed response. CEVICHE was through early.
