Chart notes
KATAR chased the pace outside the leader, secured command in upper stretch and eagerly pulled away under a brisk hand ride. ARIZONA ANDREW , never far back, swung wide leaving the turn and rallied. LOBDELL LAKE , outside horses on the turn, swung wide entering the stretch and rallied. BIG JACK raced in the two path between horses in the stretch and had a slight rally. RES IPSA LOQUITUR chased the pace inside horses, raced along the inner rail in the stretch and flattened out. RENEW lacked speed and was no factor. BRAYBRAY hesitated at the break, entered the stretch in the three path and failed to rally. MEMOLOTSAMISCHIEF set the pace well off the inner rail, lost the lead in upper stretch and gave way the final furlong.
