Chart notes
CHAMPAGNE DANCE , in hand along the rail waiting for room on the turn, moved to the two path at the head of the lane, secured command in upper stretch and drew off under urging. FLAG SONG FLYIN , inside horses around the turn, was taken to the four path in upper stretch and rallied. JUST THE THING , taken off the rail leaving the turn, steadied in tight quarters at the head of the stretch, moved back inside horses in mid stretch and rallied. BUCKIN' LUCKY , four deep on the turn, floated to the five path in upper stretch and had a mild rally outside foes. CHELLS GIRL hugged the inner rail disputed the pace and weakened through the stretch. MIA'S ANGEL broke well then dropped back, swung out for the drive and passed tired horses. VALLEY STAR raced along the inner rail in the stretch and was no factor. SHIRLEY KNOT , three wide disputing the pace, gave way. NEVER MORE VALOR disputed the pace between horses and faltered.
