Chart notes
NINETYNINECARATS saved ground around the first turn, led the way on the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far turn, drifted out in late stretch, bumping with THANK THE ACADEMY and held clear to the wire. THANK THE ACADEMY raced in the four path early, settled off the pace for the run up the backstretch, began a bid from the three path coming around the second turn, gained ground in the lane, bumped with NINETYNINECARATS approaching the sixteenth pole and ran on well from there. REAL MIKEY raced in tight quarters in the two path headed into the first turn, bumping with APPLE LOVER in the process, found room to stalk the leader on the outside up the backstretch, began a bid from the two path coming around the far bend and chased on in the lane. ALWAYS CONNECTED raced in the two path around the first turn, pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the far turn still in the two path and was outkicked in the stretch. POLA OF TROUBLE raced in the three path early, chased the leader between horses up the backstretch, navigated the second turn from the two path and tired in the lane. BRYCENS GOLD raced at the back of the pack on the outside through the opening half mile, came around the far bend in the four path, swung wider still into the stretch and never threatened. CREATIVPERFORMANCE saved ground early, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far turn and faded in the stretch. APPLE LOVER raced into traffic in the three path headed into the first turn, bumping with REAL MIKEY and being forced to take up, continued up the backstretch at the back of the pack on the inside, navigated the far turn from the two path and was empty from there. THE RIDER OF HORSE SIX, APPLE LOVER, CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HORSE THREE, REAL MIKEY, CITING INTERFERENCE ON THE FIRST TURN. ADDITIONALLY, THE RIDER OF HORSE EIGHT, THANK THE ACADEMY, FILED AN OBJECTION AGAINST HORSE FOUR, NINETYNINECARATS, CITING INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE STRETCH RUN AS WELL. UPON REVIEW, NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH. Copyright 2026 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved.
