Chart notes
SAMURAI'S GRANDSON stalked the early leaders three wide to bid into the lane, got clear through midstretch then held safe late. RING TAILED TOOTER settled back off the pace three wide, rallied five wide into the lane and closed but was too late. SUGAR SHANE rushed up inside to show in front through the first turn, continued on the lead to late in the far turn and came up empty in the drive. SCHMOOZE prompted the pace three wide and weakened in the lane. LEVEL stalked the pace from four wide but failed to make a bid. MOJITO lacked a rally three wide. GERDY'S BOY was not a factor.
