Chart notes
NOTIME FOR SQUALLS tracked pace from along the rail into backstretch, continued inside to second turn, waited for room on last turn, found clear path inside pacesetter in upper stretch, surged to front a furlong out and pulled clear under urging. PACE LANE bumped with outside foe at the start, secured the inside and grabbed the lead into first turn, controlled pace from the inside, tipped off the fence entering the stretch, relinquished control passing eighth marker but comfortably held second. O K ROSE broke in, gained prominent position between foes then on two path early, continued three wide, found traffic on the second turn, came in bit to find some room, split foes in upper stretch and finished strongly. ORDERLY TRANSITION (GB) reserved early, chased two wide then between rivals, continued bit off the rail, shifted out bit in upper stretch, came back in slightly to split rivals late and produced a mild rally. DISCREPANCY unhurried leaving the gate while crossing over, chased on two wide then three deep, angled out some on the second turn, was fanned five then six wide into the lane and lacked needed late response. SKY SAILING bumped with inside rival leaving the gate, was forwardly placed from between foes, chased on two path, shifted three wide into the stretch and lost placing late. STARLIT HARBOR was off step slow and lost her path, saved ground into backstretch, steadied momentarily passing five-eighths marker, remained inside and lacked any rally. MISS WILL reserved from the inside, hugged the lane into and around the second turn, tipped out into the stretch and was no threat. TOULOUSE DETRAC settled off the pace, chased off the rail then three wide, was fanned four wide into the stretch and weakened some late. ELLIE MOORE (IRE) pressured the pacesetter into and thru the backstretch, remained closest pursuer early on the second turn, then dropped back and weakened from between foes.
