MIDTOWN LIGHTS chased three wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, took over command and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, inched away under a drive to prevail. BRODERIE chased just off the inside under coaxing from the five-sixteenths, continued just off the inside into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. PATTY CAKES chased four wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, spun three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive running on clear of the rest to procure the show honors. SWEET MYSTERY got bumped at the start by MY GIRL JAL, chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, angled four wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. MY GIRL JAL broke in at the start bumping SWEET MYSTERY, chased three wide coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, angled six wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. WHISTLER'S STYLE chased three to four wide coming under coaxing at the seven-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch, made no impact. BON ADIEU broke out at the start and was corrected, established the front and crossed to the inside bumping PITCH CLOCK into the rail just past the six and a half furlong marker, showed the way in hand along the inside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole under threat and yielded the front before taking the inside route into upper stretch, then tired through to the finish. PITCH CLOCK ranged up after the start along the inside and was bumped into the rail just inside six and a half furlongs to run, chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the three-eighths and retreated, swung three wide into upper stretch and faltered in the drive.
