APRICOT BRANDY was allowed to settle, moved up strongly three-wide nearing the quarter pole to take the lead, dueled with HEY BARMAID from that point and proved best under strong handling;. HEY BARMAID was reserved off the early pace, moved up four-wide to be along the outside of APRICOT BRANDY, vied with that one from that point but wasn't quite good enough in a game try. NAUTICAL MILE settled in the middle of the field, came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. CHROME'S BEST COPY vied for the lead while two-wide to the stretch and weakened. JUST PIN ME dropped back early, came five-wide into the stretch and improved her position. KIKI'S CRUSADER was unhurried while racing four-wide on the turn and failed to seriously threaten. AH BIRDY gave way after showing brief speed. DREAMINGOFBLING vied for the lead to the stretch and tired.
