Chart notes
CREME DE MENTHE was reserved early, moved up two-wide to split rivals nearing the three-eighths pole then angled in, took the lead nearing the eighth pole and proved best under strong handling. HANNAHAZA HETTY prompted GOAT ROCKS from along the outside, came four-wide into the stretch and finished strongly in a game effort. GOAT ROCKS saved ground setting the pace into the stretch and held on fairly well when headed for third. UNBRIDLED SCHOLAR was unhurried early, came five-wide into the stretch and was gaining slightly late. SHE'S A KRAKEN was forwardly placed while racing three-wide but lacked a rally. LAPUSH broke through the gate prior to the start but was quickly retained then returned to be reloaded, was close-up early while saving ground and weakened. SHE SAID MY WAY dropped well back early and trailed.
