Chart notes
RUSTY GADGET battled for the lead with outer rivals in the early furlongs, inched away to spar with an outer rival throughout the turn, then kicked clear in the upper stretch and lasted to the wire. SHAKINTHEMONARCHY vied between rivals early, pulled away to duel with RUSTY GADGET on the turn, then was out kicked in the early stretch and was second best. UPTOWN TWOUNDERPAR saved ground in the early furlongs, then rallied in the late stretch between rivals and was up for the show prize. DEVITO chased the pace while two wide, then menaced on the turn and into the stretch and kept on just missing the show prize. WILLIE'S POSSE chased the pace from the inside, then bid in the upper stretch and failed to respond. ALPHABET ADAMS vied for the lead while three wide briefly before settling back to press the leaders on the turn, was used up in the stretch and tired in the end. THRILL OF HOPE was out run and failed to menace.
