Chart notes
MISSIONARY took over on the chute and rated the pace, came under pressure toward the five sixteenths pole, rounded the turn at the rail and was steadily handled to hold on well. GRAND FIBER gave chase, raced in the three path on the turn and dueled to clear second inside the sixteenth pole. SETTLEMENT DATE chased inside, rounded the turn near the rail and dueled for third. RIVER CROSROAD RVF gave chase, raced in the five path on the turn and finished well outside. DRINKWITHTHESTARS chased and raced close off the rail on the turn, but flattened toward mid-stretch. THE ILLUSIONIST chased outside, rounded the turn about the four path and showed little in the lane. DAN THE MAN CAN gave chase while saving ground.
