Chart notes
BLUE HOUR rated the pace while tapering to the inside, came under pressure into the turn, widened at the rail through the turn and was kept sharp in the lane. CALIENTE RUM became a bit anxious in the gate then chased inside, raced at the rail on the turn and dueled through the final sixteenth for second. SPEEDY BUBBLES gave chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the three path and relented second in a later duel. QUEEN OF HEARTS chased, raced in the four path on the turn and showed little in the lane. MIDNIGHT PASS lunged and hit the stall gate at the break, chased outside and raced in the five path on the turn.
