Chart notes
GETTIN PAID bobbled twice in the first strides away from the gate, was gathered together and raced up to stalk the pace into the turn, rallied three wide nearing the quarter pole to take command and drew away through the stretch as much the best in a well handled ride. HOPPIN JOHN reserved off the pace through the turn while saving ground along the fence and closed in grinding fashion to pick up the place. BE LUCKY pressed the pace early, took a brief lead on the bend and finsihed willingly but without a sustained drive. STOLICH unhurried early and showed mild interest down the lane. JUST BECAUSE went one-paced. LAGRUE trailed without being a threat. RA'DOM hard to saddle causing a pre-race delay, flashed brief speed and was through early.
