Chart notes
FAIRY DREAMS settled off the leaders outside, bid three wide on the turn then wore down the pacesetter in the late stages. SEEKING THE DREAM moved clear opening quarter, was collared near midstretch and held on gamely. SO SWELL trailed well behind, angled wide in the stretch and closed well. EXPECT TO BE READY raced in closest pursuit of the pacesetter to the stretch and finished willingly. REITERATE saved ground off the pace and flattened out in the stretch. CAPTIVATING CARA stalked the leaders four wide down the backstretch and faded. OLD HEAD chased wide off the pace and gave way through the stretch.
