Chart notes
RUNAWAY HARRY rated nicely on the lead, turned back a bid and shook clear into the stretch, then lasted under steady pressure. Q F SEVENTY FIVE unhurried, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, came four wide into the stretch, made a steady gain and lacked the needed late kick. VAN tracked the pace, saved ground through the turns, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, made a late gain and got up for the show. ENGLISH CHALLENGE allowed to settle, looped the field through the second turn, came widest into the stretch and got up for a share. PEMAQUID PETE lunged at the start, looped to position while lugging in three and four wide, came three wide into the stretch and flattened out. JEN'S SONG passed tiring rivals. VELOCE well placed and outside, looped three wide through the second turn exchanging brushes, then faded. PRACTICAL WAY stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the second turn, then faded into the stretch.
