Chart notes
KNIGHT COMMANDER sped to the lead soon after the start, set the pace under some pressure from LUCKY LOUIE and held firm over rival's bid late on the turn, spun out three wide turning for home, widened advantage, tapped aa couple times in the final furlong then finished ridden out. LUCKY LOUIE was off to a good start and angled in from the outside position which caused SARA "S BLUE BOY to clip heels and loose the rider, raced in striking distance of the leader through through the backstretch, launched a bid for KNIGHT COMMANDER near the quarter pole, could not reach the eventual winner but stayed on and cleared place. SNAP'N TAP tracked the top pair into the turn, roused for response along the outside entering the upper stretch and sustained a steady bid to secure a share. MUNNYCANTBUYMELOVE raced in the back, hustled along four wide around the turn and into the lane but ran on evenly ran on evenly. SARAH'S BOY BLUE clipped heels and lost the rider not long after the start when LUCKY LOUIE angled in without being clear, ran loose through the race then caught and walked off. THE STEWARDS POSTED INQUIRY LOOKING AT THE INCIDENT SOON AFTER THE START, AFTER REVIEW THEN FOUND LUCKY LOUIE GUILTY OF ANGLING IN WITHOUT BEING CLEAR, CAUSING SARAHS BLUE BOY TO CLIP HEELS AND LOSE THE RIDER, LUCKY LOUIE WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM SECOND AND PLACED FOURTH
