Chart notes
GOAT ROCKS saved ground setting the pace in hand, responded when challenged by NATION'S BELLE nearing the quarter pole and gradually drew clear. WON SASSY RIDE prompted the pace while racing two-wide, dropped back slightly on the turn, angled out to be four-wide in the stretch and came back to earn the place in a steady effort. NATION'S BELLE saved ground chasing GOAT ROCKS, moved up two-wide to offer a bid nearing the quarter pole and then flattened out during the drive. SHE SAID MY WAY was unhurried early, came three-wide into the stretch and improved her position. ROPERS N WRANGLERS saved ground while being allowed to settle but was unable to seriously threaten.
