SEGESTA went to the front, relinquished the lead before going a furlong, was rated just off the pace on the inside, moved off the rail near the nine-sixteenths, drafted in the two path on the far turn, nudged a foe while moving into the three path at the quarter-pole, took the lead at the three-sixteenths pole then was asked, fought with foes on both sides in the final furlong, was guided in closer to the runner-up late and held. SY B stumbled at the start, saved ground on the first turn, moved off the rail late on that bend, was reserved at the back, traveled around the far turn in the two path, was roused at the quarter-pole, chased behind horses while between rivals into the final furlong, gained to make a bid inside of the winner coming to the sixteenth-pole but missed while able to get the place. VIVE VEUVE settled in the two path, moved closer with a half-mile to run, stalked three wide on the far turn, was asked five wide into the stretch, gained to make an outside bid near the furlong marker, battled outside of two foes to the finish and missed while clear for the show. GRAYOSH settled on the inside, moved closer late on the backstretch, saved ground under intermittent urging on the far turn, was roused into upper stretch, chased into the final furlong, pursued the vanguard between horses into the final sixteenth and was out-kicked. SWEET REBECCA bobbled a bit then brushed with a foe at the start, went three wide on the first turn, stalked the pace on the outside, vied in the three path on the far turn, bobbled at the five-sixteenths pole, was bumped four wide into the stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and came up empty. CURLIN'S GIRL brushed with a foe at the start, moved up on the outside, took the lead nearing the first turn, raced in the three path on that bend, showed the way down the backstretch, vied inside on the far turn, was asked in the two path into the stretch, lost the advantage to the winner at the three-sixteenths pole, dropped back into the final furlong and gave way.
