Chart notes
AGENT PETER GRAVES led the way from the inside while being pressured by outer foes, maintained a steady drive throughout the turn, then kicked clear and was kept to task till the end to prove best overall. PRINCE LANCELOT (GB) settled back at the tail of the field, then fanned out six wide leaving the bend to close belatedly and was up for the place prize. STAYED IN FOR HALF stalked the pace from the inside, was urging steadily on the turn, could not catch the leader and was out finished for the place prize in the end. HEAVEN STREET was allowed to settle along the inside, then rallied leaving the turn but it was too little too late. ARTEMUS CITYLIMITS raced while four wide towards the back, then bid from the inside on the turn and kept on down the lane while in a mild drive to no avail in the end. MISTER MMMMM pressed the pace while three deep, was in a hard drive on the far turn, then gave way in the stretch. ATRAS pressed the pace while four wide, then bid on the turn, was used up and flattened in the lane. EMPIRE OF GOLD was unhurried early and no threat. LOVE MY JIMMY pressed the pace while two wide and in a hard drive, was used up after the turn and tired in the stretch.
