Chart notes
DUNVEGAN DOLL prompted the pace outside SWEET HEIDELBERG, battled that one the final five sixteenths of a mile and edged clear late. SWEET HEIDELBERG , off last, sped to the early lead, remained along the inner rail throughout and battled gamely in the stretch. HAPPY UNION remained along the inner rail throughout and failed to rally. SWEET TALIA , three wide both turns, failed to rally and drifted in near the eighth pole. BAD TEMPER , a bit rank entering the first turn, raced in the two path between horses and weakened.
