Chart notes
MISTER MOBIL pressed the pace three then two wide into the far turn, matched stride the length of the stretch, was bumped repeatedly by the runner up through the final stages and proved best in a game effort. THAT'S THE WAY never far back, closed four wide through the far turn to draw on even terms for the lead at the quarter pole, lugged in through the stretch bumping the winner and just missed. MANGA MAN saved ground for six furlongs, shifted out to the five path entering the stretch and improved position late. HIDDEN ACCESS was hustled along, dueled for the lead two wide into the far turn then weakened. VICTORY DIVISION failed to menace. DR. ZARNETT contested the lead along the inside for six furlongs then was used up. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN BUT TOOK NO ACTION.
