Chart notes
MAXIMUM EMILY was well rated early on the inside under a strong hold, then shifted out three wide by the five eighths marker, made a three wide bid to take over by the quarter pole, then dropped to the inside and drew off to prove much the best under a drive. FOXEY G was settled early on the outside, advanced four wide by the quarter pole, then finished well to be clearly second best while no match to the winner. JUMP A FOX checked after the start, settled early and advanced on the inside to gain the show award. ZIFFY BUG pressed the pace three wide, then made a two wide bid leaving the five sixteenths and was in between rivals nearing the quarter pole and weakened in the drive. BUILT'IN ABILITY set a pressured pace on the inside while in the two path, then was headed on the far turn and weakened in the drive. ENSUING GRACE was settled early two wide, then came five wide into the lane and was not a threat.
