Chart notes
ITASCA chased the early pace, made the lead two wide at the seven sixteenths pole, set the balance of the pace, matched strides the length of the stretch and proved best in a game effort. FUEGO CALIENTE stalked the early pace, went up to challenge the winner three wide after a half, kept pressure the balance of the trip two wide and was denied. LUCKY ANDY allowed to settle, loomed boldly three wide into the far turn then leveled off. HAD RIGHT was bumped at the start, unhurried early and found his best stride late in the six path. ORO DE MORO MORO broke inward bumping into HAD RIGHT at the start and was always outrun. UHAVETOBEKITTENME broke in front, set the pace with a daylight lead for a half then stopped and jogged to the wire.
