Chart notes
GOODBETTERBEST quick to begin to set the early pace, shook well clear near the three eighths pole and held the margin while under steady pressure. SHE FLED THE SCENE unhurried early on, hard ridden two wide between near the quarter pole, kept on but was no match for the winner. BOSTON PRINCESS raced four wide around the first turn, settled off the early going, moved up from the outside around the far turn, raced seven deep into the upper stretch kept on to the wire. MORNING COLORS prompt the early leader from the outside and weakened through the drive. CRYSTAL COAST raced six wide near the three sixteenths pole and was even with no closing run. MORENA DANCER was off a step slow, trailed early on, raced three to four wide into the upper lane and never menaced. KRABI tracked the top pair from the inside and gave way the final quarter of a mile. BARBARA failed to sustain a bid.
