STEEL ARGUMENT broke with the leaders, pressured the leader from the outside up the backstretch, bid late in the turn, dueled through upper stretch, put a head in front, in turn was headed by the leader while drifting slightly, regained the advantage late, dug in late to withstand a late charge from the runner up. TRIPPIN ON BEAUTY off the pace while outside, came four wide for the drive, set down for the drive, slowly getting to the winner. PASKETEE showed the way up the backstretch, toward but not on the inside, continued to set the pace off the rail turn, headed upper stretch, briefly regained the advantage then weakened late, lasted for the show. TITANIUM DEAL raced back off the pace, made little impact in the stretch. LIVE AFFAIR within striking distance along the inside, remained within striking distance while saving ground into the lane, came up empty for the drive. ALLER VITE last away, trailed throughout in failing to menace.
