Chart notes
SON OF A BLING saved ground behind the quartet down the backstretch, came out four wide leaving the turn, bumped inner rival, then kept on in a strong drive while battling with inner foes in the late stretch and was up in time to prove best. BABY OF THE FAMILY set the pace while two wide, cleared the turn while being closing pursued by rivals, then drifted out in late stretch impeded outer foe then kept on grugundly and hung at the wire. SUMMER HELP pressed the pace from the inside, remained well rated on the turn close behind the leader, then dug in gamely while angling out in the late stretch, was bumped by the drifting pace setter then kept ton determinedly and hung at the wire. AMERICAN FOREST chased the pace while three wide, then bid on the turn and outside of rivals, was bumped by an outer foe heading into the stretch, then kept on while in a mild rally to no avail in the end. RIPSTER chased the pace while two wide, then bid on the turn between rivals, was brushed at the top of the stretch, then angled inwardly while in a mild drive before giving way in the end. FANDO was out run and no menace. There was an INQUIRY and a JOCKEY'S OBJECTION. The rider of SUMMER HELP claimed foul against the rider of BABY OF THE FAMILY for interference in the late stretch. After reviewing the replay, BABY OF THE FAMILY was disqualified from second and placed third for drifting out and hindering rival.
