Chart notes
WIZARD SERRAT pursued the loose pacesetter, led into the stretch and edged off through the final furlong. DOCTOR DOOM hustled to the front, set a clear pace, resisted when challenged and battled to the finish. SEVEN IS A BREEZE saved ground off the pace and faded on the final turn. ET'S MAGIC MAN dropped off the pace and lacked a rally. LONG GRAY LINE raced off the leaders outside and gave way readily. HURRICANE HIGHWAY faded back at the start and trailed throughout.
