Chart notes
CHASING STARDOM dueled along the inside, shook loose into the stretch and drew away under urging. TWENTYEIGHTTOTHREE hustled close up three wide, faded briefly then came again wide for the place. DOS DE OROS saved ground just off pace and continued gamely in the stretch. BORRACHO CONCHO pressed the winner outside to the stretch and faltered. VILLANITO rushed up wide down the backstretch then gave way. HOT LOVE lacked speed saving ground and weakened steadily. T'WAS THE NIGHT dropped back at the break and trailed throughout.
