Chart notes
HEATED ARGUMENT stalked the pace from four wide, moved up on the turn to engage the leader at the quarter pole, took the lead at the eighth pole and drew clear. TIZ MAGIC rushed to a clear lead but was headed at the quarter pole and couldn't fend off the outside rival and was second best. LOVE OF MY HEART raced in the middle of the pace and moved up from three wide on the turn and was best of the rest. TAKE CHARGE WOMAN prompted the pace from two wide and flattened out. LAKE MARIE saved ground through the turn then angled out to two or three wide in the stretch to finish evenly. ATOMIC ROSE was forwardly placed from between horses, fell back on the turn while racing one paced. RUMPUS prompted the pace from the inside to midway through the turn and gave way. GO BETTY JO was reluctant to load and restless in the gate and showed little.
