Chart notes
GRAN ANDREWS stalked the early pace off the rail, challenged leaving the seven sixteenths pole and took the lead two deep midway on the far turn, dueled clear mid-stretch and widened approaching the wire. SCOTCH NO ROCKS rated the pace inside, came under pressure leaving the seven sixteenths pole, gave up the lead at the rail midway on the far turn but remained a factor through the upper stretch before finally relenting. RIDICULOUS rated close inside, picked up the chase past the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail, eased out approaching the head of the lane and finished well. ONLY GET'N BETTER raced off the rail, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail then flattened mid-stretch. ROAD SLEW settled off the pace about the four path, gave chase past the seven sixteenths pole, raced four wide on the far turn and showed little in the lane. LOST WEEKEND saved ground, picked up the chase past the half mile pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and weakened. WELLING eased to the outside at the seven eighths pole, rounded the second turn in the five path and was through early. JAZZ WITH DENIS stalked the earlier pace from the three path, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but faded in the three path on the far turn.
