NEECIE MARIE tracked the pace along the inside from near the rear of the field, advanced powerfully along the inside from the midway point down the backstretch to be just off the pace when forced to take hold in tight near the seven-sixteenths steadying lightly, continued along the rail patiently handled until set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, tipped out following the winner straightened away and rallied with good energy through to the finish to secure the place honors. WAR LIKE GODDESS broke open the stall door before the start when growing fractious just after ROYALTY INTEREST did, settled just off the inside through the first turn, steadied just outside the mile marker when in tight between rivals, raced three wide down the backstretch before tucking to the two path through the far turn, got set down near the quarter pole and spun two to three wide into upper stretch, ran on through to the finish in a good effort. SURPRISINGLY coaxed from the gate, raced forwardly placed two then three wide in closest aim of the leader, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, seized command straightened away, dug in under threat and was collared just outside the eighth pole, weakened in the late stages. MCKULICK (GB) settled just off the inside in pursuit from mid pack, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, kept on under a drive to the finish. FEV ROVER (IRE) grew fractious behind the gate tossing the rider and was very briefly loose before apprehended by the assistant starter, raced along the inside early on and through the first turn before chasing three wide, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, swung four to five wide into upper stretch and weakened in the late going. ASPEN GROVE (IRE) just off the inside tracking from mid pack, tucked inside through the far turn, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung three to four wide for home and offered no kick. AMERICAN SONJA (GB) coaxed from the start, chased along the inside through the first turn before tipping three wide into the backstretch, steadily went four wide before heading five wide through the far turn and was placed to coaxing at the three-eighths, went nine wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. SPARKLE BLUE coaxed from the gate, chased two to three wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled four to five wide into upper stretch and weakened. ROYALTY INTEREST (FR) hustled from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside through legitimate splits, came under coaxing near the quarter pole under threat and took the inside route into upper stretch, yielded the front straightened away and weakened. STAR FORTRESS (IRE) three wide through the first turn, chased three to four wide under coaxing from the five-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch and made no impact. ENGLISH ROSE (IRE) just off the inside through the first turn, tracked the front two to three wide from mid pack, came under coaxing tipped four wide through the far turn at the five-sixteenths, went seven wide at the head of the stretch and weakened. BE YOUR BEST (IRE) coaxed from the gate, went three wide through the first turn, chased three to four wide under coaxing from three furlongs out, went seven wide for home and weakened.
