BLUES CROSS was void of any early speed, saved ground through the second turn, angled out to the five path, was closing fast, took control late stretch and drew off as an easy winner. ROSALINA set a pressured early pace, raced three wide into the second turn, opened up through the stretch, was no match late and finished second best. HONEYCRISP set a pressured early pace, raced along the inside into the home turn, angled out early stretch and was along for third. BLAZING PERFORMER was off awkwardly, was allowed to settle early, raced three wide into the second turn, angled out and flattened out. DROPPED COLD tracked the early pace, raced four wide through the second turn and was empty. CHUCK'S EVERY WISH was off slow, checked off heels into the first turn, drifted out through the first turn, was unhurried, raced five wide into the second turn and retreated.
