Chart notes
BEACH ISLAND saved ground stalking HUMOR SENSE then angled out two-wide nearing the quarter pole to gain a slight lead from that one, dueled with him to the sixteenth pole and drew clear late. HUMOR SENSE saved ground setting the pace, responded when headed nearing the quarter pole, disputed the issue to the sixteenth pole but was unable to stay with the winner late in a game effort. AMORICA was unhurried early, angled out to be five-wide nearing the quarter pole and finished in a mild rally. BYTHENUMBERS saved ground while racing in the middle of the field but lacked a rally. LA SANTA CLARA was allowed to settle while racing two-wide but failed to seriously threaten. NO WALK INTHE PARK was reserved off the pace while racing three-wide and failed to menace.
