Chart notes
COMEDY TOWN showed sharply speed from the inside, had a clear advantage around the far turn and held the margin under strong encouragement. BIG MARTINI tracked the pace near the rail, hard ridden through the fare turn and finished well to be second best. TOXIC GRAY prompt the early leader two to three wide down the backstretch and weakened a bit off the top pair through the drive. TURBO raced two deep near the quarter pole, eased out six wide into the upper stretch and was even with no closing run. FREE SOUL void of early speed, angled in to saved ground and lacked a bid. AWESOME STRONG was forwardly placed early on, raced four wide past the quarter pole and was empty.
