Chart notes
DOUBLE THUNDER stalked the leader, raced just off of the leaders hip in the two path, maintained position into the stretch, went on and drew off for the win. GLOBAL EMPIRE was off mid pack, raced three wide, improved position after passing the half mild pole, was given the cue at the quarter pole, kept on point and was up for second. WHERE'D THE DAY GO was off slow and un hurried, raced near the back in the three path, started improving and gaining ground after the half, hooked an inside rival in the stretch, battled down the lane, pulled away in the last sixteenth gaining the advantage and scoring the show spot. MIDNIGHT BLUE NOTE was off mid pack, saved ground, raced along the rail through out, hooked a rival in the stretch but had no late kick. STRONGER TOGETHER was off slow, un hurried, showed little. GUN RUSH vied for the lead, set the pace from the inside, showed the way into the upper stretch, went wrong, pulled up, was euthanized.
