Chart notes
CHAMP OF PAGNE disputed the pace while racing three-wide, took the lead nearing the eighth pole and won drawing clear. ENGLISH MEADOW saved ground while being unhurried, angled out nearing the eighth pole for room and closed strongly. SECRET HOTTIE vied for the lead from between horses, gained a slight lead nearing the quarter pole but wasn't quite good enough and held on fairly well for third. DEUX MERES was allowed to settle, angled out to be four-wide nearing the quarter pole and went evenly. SENSIBLE LUTE vied for the lead from along the inside to the stretch and weakened. LIBBY'S GAMBIT was reserved off the early pace, moved up five-wide nearing the quarter pole but lacked a response when asked. LOVELY JOSEPHINE dropped back while saving ground and failed to menace.
