Chart notes
CIELO DIAMANTE saved ground setting the early pace, drifted out slightly nearing three-sixteenths pole and gradually increased her advantage. CLAY'S OPAL INDY was allowed to settle early, moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole then angled further out during the drive and finished in a mild rally. RED NOVA prompted CIELO DIAMANTE for the lead from the outside to the stretch and held on fairly well during the drive for third. CRIMINAL RECORD was close-up while racing along the inside but lacked a rally when asked. MISCHIEF MAMA was unhurried early, came five-wide into the stretch but failed to seriously threaten. DODROPIN gave way after showing brief speed while three-wide.
