AMERICAN PRINCE prompted the pace two wide into the turn, made the lead near the five sixteenths marker, set the balance of the pace under strong pressure and proved best under brisk handling. MARLEY LUCK stalked the pace two wide, offered a mild bid inside the winner in upper stretch and finished gamely for second. OWN THE TOWN slow early, found his best stride late five wide. BROADWAY JONES within range four wide, improved position into the stretch then leveled off. UNCAPTURED LYON with the second flight three wide, failed to respond. COMPASS POINT had good early speed along the inside and faded on the turn. NOBLE BEHAVIOR was no threat. MASTER away alertly, set a pressured pace along the inside into the turn then was, used up.
