Chart notes
R ADMIRAL tracked the pace, angled out and bid outside the leader edging ahead into the stretch, then drew off while being kept to the task. FRED GEORGE (IRE) well placed and outside, held position on the two path through the second turn, came three wide, drifted in slightly brushing a rival, then straightened and closed for the place. ELECTROSTATIC sprinted away from the field in the early going, stayed on when challenged through the second turn, then weakened the final yards and held the show. JO JO HANS unhurried, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, fanned four wide into the stretch and got up for a share. MARINARA SAUCED rated inside, angled out into the second turn, was pressured slightly outside, making tight quarters, came through inside, exchanging a brush with a rival, and weakened. EXPRESS STAR allowed to settle, moved up inside into the second turn, steadied clipping heels and lost the rider, then walked off. AN INQUIRY INTO THE RUNNING OF THE RACE RESULTED IN NO CHANGE
