DIRECT THE CAT was hustled to contention and took the nod approaching the quarter pole, widened her lead at the rail on the turn and was kept sharp in the lane. GREAT SPIRIT pressured the early pace, raced close in the three path entering the turn then dueled through the stretch for second. BELLA MELA angled in while setting a pressured pace, was met nearing the quarter pole then relented in the stretch duel for second. UNCONSCIOUS MIND gave chase, rounded the turn off the rail and ran evenly in the lane. CHAMPAGNE PLEASE chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn and weakened in the lane. WORTH A PEEK gave chase outside and raced in the four path on the turn.
