Chart notes
KISSTHEMOON was rated along three to four wide, made a three wide bid on the far turn to gain a short lead by the quarter pole, then drew clear in the lane to prove best under a drive. BOOK RUNNER stalked the pace three wide and made a two wide bid on the far turn but could not match strides with the winner while being clearly second best. BEJUCO was off a step slow, settled early and moved to the outside and made a four wide bid on the far turn but flattened out. RENEGADE SERENADE set the pace on the inside and weakened in the drive. SHELTRFROMTHESTORM chased the pace on the inside and tired. PER RULING EMC2025-45 FROM HISA, BEJUCO WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM THRID TO UNPLACED DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
