Chart notes
PRACTICALLYMINE tracked the pace and made a four wide bid on the turn, then continued on and had a long drive and got up late to prove best under a drive. BAG OF GOLD tracked the pace three wide and made a bid three wide on the turn to vie for command between rivals by the quarter pole to the furlong marker, then fought on and gained a short lead by the sixteenth marker but was denied late. GOTTA HAVE HEART dueled for the early lead on the inside and then made a bid to gain a short lead on the turn, then was headed b y the quarter pole and vied for command to the furlong marker and faded, bested rest. SYLVIA I AM was allowed to settle early, saved ground on the turn and had no rally. HOPPERTULLIO stumbled after the start, trailed and advanced by the quarter pole and came five wide into the lane and had no rally. DOUBLE NICKEL dueled for the lead three to two wide and weakened.
