Chart notes
DIVAANY broke sharply and tracked the leader into the backstretch while racing from between rivals, rallied smartly two wide through the final turn, and closed determinedly three wide in the drive to get up in the closing strides. STANFORD NORTH away well and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, dictated the pace in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, held a narrow advantage into the lane, and just failed to last. BARBERRY BANDIT dropped back to trail in the run to the first turn while saving ground at the rail, launched his bid from along the rail entering the final turn, was taken in hand while awaiting room leaving the turn, and closed smartly from along the rail in the drive while gaining late. DAPPER DON stalked the leader in the run down the backstretch while racing one out from the rail, rallied two wide entering the final turn, and finished four wide in the drive. RANCHO RED tracked the leader from along the rail in the run down the backside, rallied along the rail through the final turn, but lacked the needed closing response in the late going. ATOMIC HAZE away alertly and stalked the leader into the first turn while racing two out from the rail, continued with a three wide bid into the final turn, but tired over the final furlong.
