Chart notes
CHRISTMAS PRESENT pressed the early pace from the rail, settled off the leaders into the turn, rallied when angled out leaving the quarter pole and closed well on the outside through the lane to pull clear late. UNCAPTURED PULSE dueled on the lead through the turn from two wide, took command in upper stretch and was outkicked by the winner while a clear second best. MON AMI FUZZIE reserved off the pace to be the trailer through the turn and rallied from six wide down the lane to be along for the show. HATCHET CREEK set a pressured pace from the fence to the top of the lane and weakened in the drive. DEMAND RANSOM stumbled leaving the gate, rushed up with an early bid ont the turn and flattened out in the lane. D'ARCHER went evenly failing to menace at any point.
